Privacy notice

Last updated 19 October 2026. World Harvest Green Ltd, trading as Still Open.

This page is general information about how this website handles personal data. It is written with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in mind. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about your own customers.

It describes the site as it works now: a demo form, handled by Netlify, that can collect a name, email address, phone number, business name, and message; hosting on Netlify; a demo chat on the site so visitors can try the assistant; and no analytics or advertising cookies. The cookie policy explains the storage the demo chat may use.

Who we are

The controller is World Harvest Green Ltd (company number 16151609), trading as Still Open.

For privacy questions, email info@worldharvestgreen.com. Company details are on Companies House. We do not publish a street address on this website.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Use the email above.

What this notice covers

It covers this website, including the demo form and any email you send us about it.

It does not cover a chatbot we later set up on your website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another channel. Messages your own customers send to that chatbot are handled under the arrangement we agree with you. You would need to tell those customers what happens to their messages, on your own channels.

Our team sets up AI chat assistants and runs social media updates for local businesses. We do not give legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice. Nothing in a chat reply, a social media post, on this site, or in this notice is that kind of advice.

Information we collect

  • Details you send us. If you use the demo form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and message. Phone is optional. If you give a number, we collect that too.
  • Technical data. When you load the site, the host (Netlify) may record your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use that to deliver the site and to deal with faults and abuse.
  • A note on your device. If you dismiss the cookie message, the browser stores that choice in local storage (not a cookie we receive on our server). See the cookie policy.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the address you write from and whatever you include.

We do not ask for special category data, such as health, religion, or ethnicity. Please do not put that in the form.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing pixels on this site.

Why we use it, and the lawful basis

Purposes and lawful bases
Use Why, in plain English Lawful basis
Reply to a demo or enquiry To read what you sent and reply. If you want a quote or a contract, to take the practical steps before that. Legitimate interests in answering people who contact us. Where you are asking about buying the service, steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Run and protect the site To show the pages, keep the connection secure, and fix faults or misuse. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Keep records the law requires If we later invoice you, tax and accounting rules may say we must keep some records. Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we do that only where our reason is not outweighed by your rights. You can object. See “Your rights” below.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list. We will not send marketing emails unless we later ask you, you agree, or a narrow rule lets us contact an existing business customer. None of that is set up now. We are not relying on consent for this website. If we do later, you will be able to withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become a contract. Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or stripped of identifiers, unless we still need them for a complaint or a legal claim.
  • If we enter a contract. For the life of the contract, then up to 6 years after it ends. Six years is the usual time limit for a contract claim in England and Wales.
  • Hosting logs. We do not keep our own archive of routine server logs. Netlify keeps them for its own security and troubleshooting period, which is short compared with enquiry records.
  • Cookie-notice choice. It stays in your browser until you clear site data for this website.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site. They may only use the data on our instructions, for the job described here. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

  • Netlify, Inc. Hosts this website and handles the demo form. Technical logs, which can include your IP address, are processed by Netlify. When you submit the form, your name, email address, business name, message, and any phone number are sent to Netlify so we can read them and reply. Netlify is based in the United States. We do not use Formspree.

Where personal data is processed outside the UK, we rely on a transfer tool the provider offers that UK GDPR accepts, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, plus any extra steps that are required. You can ask us for a summary of those safeguards.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. We do not sell personal data.

How we look after it

The site is served over HTTPS by the host. Access to form messages is limited to people who need them to reply to you. No online service is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the demo form.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold your personal data, and for a copy of it
  • correct it if it is wrong
  • delete it, in the cases the law allows
  • restrict how we use it, in the cases the law allows
  • give you data you provided, in a portable format, where the basis is contract or consent and the processing is automated
  • stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests, including for direct marketing if we ever do that

Email info@worldharvestgreen.com. We may need to confirm it is you. We aim to reply within one month. If a request is complex, we will tell you if we need longer, up to a further two months.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would like the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date at the top. The cookie policy explains what happens if we later add analytics. The website terms cover use of the site.
