Who we are

This website is operated by World Harvest Green Ltd (company number 16151609), trading as Still Open. Email info@worldharvestgreen.com. Company details are on Companies House. We do not publish a street address on this website.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information, not advice

The pages describe two services for UK businesses: AI chat assistants, and social media updates for Facebook and Instagram. They are aimed at local firms, including shops and retail, estate agents, hotels, restaurants, cafés, garden centres, law firms, care homes, pharmacy groups, and multi-site firms. Prices shown are starting points. A quote depends on the channels, number of stores, and size you need.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice. A chat assistant our team sets up does not give that advice either. It answers from material the business has approved, and it is not a substitute for a qualified person. The same goes for social media posts we write for a business: they are general updates and promotions that the business approves, not professional advice. Examples of chat replies and posts on this site are illustrations, not statements about a real shop, firm, or booking.

We take care with the copy, but we do not promise that the site is complete, current, or free of mistakes. WhatsApp is included on the £99 and £149 plans as one channel, where that plan is chosen. Other channels and features depend on the quote we agree with you.

A paid service is separate

Sending the demo form, or reading this site, does not create a contract for setup or a monthly plan. If you buy the service, that contract is agreed separately, in writing. These website terms do not set the price, the channels, or the service levels for that work.

The form may ask for your name, email address, business name, and a message, and may include a phone number. How we use those details is in the privacy notice.

Social media updates

If you buy our social media updates service, these points apply alongside the written agreement for that service:

• You give our team access to your Facebook or Instagram page. You do not share your password with us, and you can remove our access at any time.
• You approve the content plan before we post, and you can ask us to change it.
• You own your page, and the content we post on it for you.
• We do not post overnight.
• The monthly fee is charged per physical store, per page.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. In particular, do not:

• try to break, probe, or overload it, or bypass any security
• use the form to send malware, unlawful content, or material that has nothing to do with a genuine enquiry
• scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or copy it to pass it off as your own
• use the Still Open name or the page design in a way that suggests we have endorsed you when we have not

We may suspend access to the site if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the text, layout, graphics, and the Still Open name on this site belong to World Harvest Green Ltd or its licensors. You may read them and share a link to the site. You may not copy the pages, the visual design, or the example scripts for your own product or marketing without our written permission.

Third-party product and service names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. A mention is not a claim that we own those products, or that they endorse us.

Liability

Nothing on this website excludes or limits liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to exclude or limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The site is made available free of charge, as general information. We are not liable for decisions you take, or do not take, because of what you read here, or because a page is unavailable or out of date.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of your use of this website. Where we are liable for other loss arising from your use of the website, and the law allows a cap, our total liability is limited to £100.

Those limits apply to use of this website only. They do not rewrite a separate written contract for a paid service. If you are a consumer, you may have rights that these terms cannot take away.

Links to Companies House, the ICO, browser makers, or other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites or for their privacy practices.

Privacy and cookies

The privacy notice and the cookie policy explain personal data and essential cookies. The site does not give legal advice in those pages either.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The new version applies from the date it is posted. If you keep using the site after that, you are accepting the update. A change to these website terms does not, by itself, change a contract we have already signed with you.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in the UK you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, where the law gives you that right.
